At first this was a little slow to start with but mostly it was my mood really I had to get myself back into the suspense mood after reading 3 non suspense books in a row. But it didn’t take long for this book to grab me with its characters and plot surrounding them. I was soon riveted and intrigued by everything and everyone. I can see this is part of a series of course(this keeps happening to me!!) but this easily stood alone and I just received the next installment of this book in my last Mira Suspense shipment so with this fresh on my mind I think I’m going to read it. I have seen Stella Cameron’s name around a bit and am surprised I haven’t read any of her books before she is very good at weaving a eerie suspenseful tale. I really was very intrigued by Chuzah! Very mysterious character. I did not see the ending coming very surprising and the epilogue was both creepy and cool at the same time! I will be looking forward to more books by Stella Cameron in the future!!
