Copied Blurb:
There was nowhere Carmen could hide from this prince of Judar. No stone he wouldn't turn to find her, no wall he couldn't tear down. Nothing would stop Farooq Aal Masood from claiming the mother of his baby.
She had betrayed him. And she would pay. In his bed. As his wife...until he tired of her. And though Carmen professed to love him, that it was all a misunderstanding, well...Farooq would never fall for her lies again!
My Review:
Wow!! This has to be the most emotionally passionate Desire I have ever read. I am thinking I want a Farooq of my own! Very weil written Desire. I cannot wait to see what Olivia Gates will do with the brothers stories. Loved The Desert Lord's Baby!!
My Rating: 4.5

The Desert Lord's Baby
Hey Tammy, thanks for reading TDLB! I had the pleasure of editing this miniseries, and working with Olivia is fantastic. I hope you enjoy books 2 and 3, which are coming in July and September.

Thanks Tammy!
I'm thrilled you loved The Desert Lord's Baby and that you want a Farooq of your own. It's a magnificent compliment to have TDLB described as the most emotionally passionate Desire you've ever read. Wow!
I really hope you enjoy Farooq's brothers', Shehab and Farooq as much!

WONDERFUL to see you here!
And it's fantastic working with YOU. That I wrote this series, and our Bombshell series (still having Damian withdrawal here...
) and that I just loved, loved, LOVED writing them, is all hugely thanks to you! Couldn't do it without you!

Hey Sadhbh...
...you know you're right!
Weird that didn't write Kamal, when I've recently sent back his book's author alterations and had again been thinking that, if possible, he's even hotter than Farooq and Shehab.
Hope you enjoy him, and Shehab, as much as you enjoyed Farooq, when it's their turn.
And say, did anything land in your mail box recently?

Hey ladies!
Hey Tashya!
I am certain I will enjoy books 2 & 3, and I am very much looking forward to them! I am hoping you all will keep Olivia writing for the Desire line, as she seems to suit it quite well.
Hey Sadhbh!
It was definitely great! I just loved Farooq, and the ultimate choice he made.
Hey Olivia!
Heehee, I would love a Farooq of my own, just don't tell my dh.
This was actually my first book I ever read written by you. But I have read many blogs here on ehar praising your Medicals and Bombshells. I think TDLB is a fantastic introduction to your writing, and the praise is well-deserved!! Do you plan on writing more for the Desire line after this mini-series?
And I am very much looking forward to Shehab and Kamal!

Tammy

Tammy!
My lips are sealed.

Oh, thanks SO much, Tammy. I'm pretty thrlled with the magnificent reviews my books have been getting and that TDLB favorably introduced me to you. I just adored writing that book, and it'll always hold a special place in my heart, being the book that started me writing for Desire, where I can write unadulterated passion and glamor and emotion to said heart's content. Selling it was indeed a magical experience.
Indeed I do plan on writing more for the Desire line. In fact, I've just accepted a 3-book contract to write another miniseries, The Castaldini Crown, another royalty series, which this time is set on a fictional Mediterranean island kingdom that fuses Italian and Moorish heritage.
Crossing fingers starting now that you enjoy both as much as you enjoyed Farooq!

Hey Olivia!
Hey Olivia!
You are very welcome! I love how you said "unadulterated passion and glamor and emotion to said heart's content." I certainly could felt that through TDLB!
Oh, Your next 3-book series sounds intriguing! I am thrilled you will be continuing writing for the Desire line.
Heehee, I am certain I will Love Shehab and Kamal's stories. A dear friend of mine and I have been reading one book together a month, and talk about it over Instant Messaging. For the last 6 months, it has been the Diamonds Down Under mini-series. But now that it is over, we have selected yours for next month.

I love how you said
So glad you felt that. It's what delights me about writing for Desire. As I'd gone all out in action/adventure and high stakes situation in Bombshell, in Desire I can go all out, no holds barred in high octane romantic fantasy with many times larger than life heroes and the women strong and committed and loving enough to wrap them around their fingers.
I'm happy to say my editors thought it intriguing too. I wanted to write a series starring my other specialty in contemporary heroes, Latins, but to maintain that exotic flavor I got addicted to writing six sheikhs this last year, I added Moorish roots to the my fictional island Castaldini and its royal family. Can't wait to begin to write it!!
Thanks so much for your enthusiasm. Makes me even keener to start writing the series!
Oh, how cool! How I wish I can be some electronic component and listen in on your messaging! I learn tons about my craft listening to readers' in-depth discussions!
And say, are you starting with TDLBaby or TDLBride?

Hey Olivia!
Hey Olivia!
I am impressed you have six books out in a year! Wow! Do you ever sleep??
Will you still be writing for the Medical line at the same time you are plotting and planning The Castaldini Crown?
Heehee, my friend and I do enjoy chatting about the H's, that's for sure! Sometimes it's to complain about him, other times to say how much we like him. And with the DDU series, we were trying to guess the secrets.
Anyways, we are starting with TDLBride. And I recently saw the cover for it....I love it!! They have done just an awesome job with your covers, Olivia!
And for those of you who haven't yet seen it:
Now I can't wait to see what they will do with The Desert King! I looked on your website, but I see there is not a cover yet for that one. Have they given you a sneak peak of it yet??
