The Desert Sheikh's Captive Wife

"Captive in the sheikh's harem!" This back cover shoutline says it all, even if it isn't quite what happens in the book. Really, do you need to know more? Captive! Sheikh's harem! I'm sold. This is the first story in Lynne Graham's The Rich, the Ruthless and the Really Handsome miniseries, and the book convinced me to read all three in the series, one of which I've already reviewed.

Tilda and Rashad were young lovers. But when Rashad received evidence that Tilda was playing him, he left her, and Tilda assumed it was because she wasn't wife material for the royal prince.  Years later, her mother owes Rashad a huge debt--and he's ready to make Tilda pay for her supposed crimes...

Juicy! Love it when the h/h are parted by someone else's machinations. This was so much fun, seeing the martyr (in a good way--not overdone) heroine step up to pay her mother's debt with her body, and the hero unable to resist letting her into his heart despite what he believes. Lynne always delivers.
