I liked this book. Alex Keating just wants to have som
e down time - alone. A busy Boston cardiologist, it's the 1st vacation he's had in 15 yrs. Mind you, if the article hadn't appeared in that international magazine naming Alex as one of the world's most eligible bachelors, he probably wouldn't have taken the vacation, but it was getting too strenuous trying to work with all the woman clamoring for his attention. Two weeks in the Ozarks of Arkansas should be enough time for everyone to forget that article.
The only problem, Alex has an accident and wakes up in Dr Carly Fletcher's clinic. Suffering from a head injury, Alex can't seem to get his tongue working to tell the pretty doctor that he's in the same profession. By the time he's able to talk, Carly's decided to take him home for the night. And then Alex doesn't want to tell her.
I liked these protags. Alex is rich but sensitive. Carly wears her heart on her sleeve but she's wary. They're from 2 different worlds and they've just collided.
Two big questions kept me guessing:
- When will Alex admit he's a doctor?
- What will Carly do when she finds out he's in the same profession but didn't tell her?

Does he fit the story? Yes
Does he suit the heroine? Yes
Would he suit you if the adventure was yours? Yes but I really can't see myself with a doctor.
If you were casting a movie of this book, who would play the hero? Robert Downey Jr.
