Dog or Leap?

Happy LEAP DAY! This day confuses me. I wish they'd just do away with it. It makes no sense to me to have an extra day once every four years! And what about those unfortunates born on this day? What do they do the other three years? Unfair! I guess it also makes them special, though.

On our local radio station they are doing a contest all week long (leap week) where they give the date of birth and an age. The contestant has 5 seconds to tell them if the celebrity's age is in dog years (7 years to 1 human year) or leap years. Most of the celebs they picked were born in the late 40's to early 60's.

One they said was 420 years old. Which is it? The contestant boasted that she was born in a leap year and could figure it out easy. And she did! She said this was the age in leap years! Can you imagine how old that 'star' must be? Moses doesn't have a thing on him! The next day they gave the info and the age was 11 years. That contestant said it was dog years. Now, keep in mind all choices were born between 40's to 60's!

I thought it would be fun to see what kinds of answers we get here if I ask the question--

How old are you in dog years (7 to 1)? In leap years (1 to 4)?
