Everybody Loves Evie

Everybody Loves Evie

From the back cover:

This time her mission is personal...

Former casino lounge singer/variety act Evie Parish has moved up in the world, joining Chameleon, an organization that exposes fraud using reformed crooks to catch current ones. Her last assignment landed her in the arms of the delicious bad boy Arch Duvall, who taught her how to spot a grift and how to get over a lousy ex by having a superheated fling.

Now it's time to take to heart what she's learned. When Evie's mom falls for a sweetheart scam, Evie rushes to the rescue (undercover, of course), accompanied by Milo Beckett, her sexy new boss at Chameleon. Closely pursuing is Arch, who's decided Evie may not be a passing fancy after all. It's hard to concentrate on the case with these two macho males squaring off, but Evie's up to the challenge.

This was a fantastic read. I remember blogging All About Evie last year and everyone had the same opinion that it was a wonderful story. We all loved Evie's character and hoped that she would write more books about her. Well she has and it's just as good as the first one. In fact, the way this one ends leads me to believe that there will be more in this series to follow. If you enjoyed All About Evie then this one won't disappoint. Looking forward to reading more about Evie's escapades.

Excellent!

Thanks for blogging this book Sharon.  I read All About Evie last year thanks to someone's blog and loved it.  I, too, wanted more stories about her, so I'm excited that there's another out now.
It's added to my lists; the one here at the computer and the one I carry with me.  I figure one way or another I'll stumble across it!

So glad I was the one that convinced you to read All About Evie, I think you'll enjoy this one just as much it was awesome.  I like I said it looks there will be more of Evies stories to follow as this one left some things unfinished.  I'll be watching your blog to see what you think of the book.  I loved it.

I discovered this author sort of as a fluke and, like you, loved All About Evie.  I was so happy when I knew January/Feb was coming so that this book would arrive.   I  really want to see another Evie book!

Hi Beth glad to see you

Hi Beth glad to see you stop by.  I love Evie.  I think she's a entertaining character and always keeps us wondering what she's up to next.  I hope there will be more Evie books.

More To Come

Thanks so much, Sharon. Yes, there's another Evie adventure coming your way. I'm working on it now. EVIE EVER AFTER is slated for spring 2009. I know. Feels like forever. LOL

In the meantime, if your TBR pile is anything like mine, we have a lot of tales to keep us entertained through out the year, yes?

Cheers,

Beth
