Forgetful Me

I walked out of the house today without:

my wallet.

my cellphone.

the mail i'd intended to send.

taking the garbage out. (it's pick-up day)

When I was teaching at a school about 15 miles from home, I actually got to school one morning WITHOUT MY PURSE!!!! Yell Fortunately I was early enough that I had time to go home and get it.  Of course everyone was use to seeing me there about an hour before school started and when I wasn't they thought I was home sick.

A true teacher is a person who, at the end of the school day, still likes children!

I've got one!

You all know that I manage a website right? I work off a laptop that commutes with me daily. Imagine my horror when I got to the office one day without my computer!!

Mais quelle horreur!

LOL Jayne.  You previous picture was prettier than this one.  This one is kind of impressionistic.

Or have you ever...

put on two different shoes, somehow in your still sleep induced stupor thinking they matched?  Embarassed

I usually

I usually leave my lunch home rushing out the door. I have done the shoe thing once. I had two pair of shoes the same one black pair and one dark blue. You got it, I didn't notice but the kids sure pointed it out. It was a lesson in observation that day. They passed!

Me too.

I've done the shoe thing, one black and one dark blue.  I've left my keys in the house after locking and closing the door, twice.  Kicked the door in twice to get back in the house.  Haven't thank god left and forgotten the girls.... granted I'd have to lose my hearing for that to happen. ;)

LOL Glad I'm not the only one who has those days.

I've never done the shoe thing but I have gone to work with two diff. color socks and not even realized it till I got home.

I've done the purse and the phone thing very annoying as I work about 40 minutes from the office.  Although, the lunch thing is also a classic when I leave it on the counter and come home to that lovely mess.

Jayne - I am always afraid I will do that with my laptop - a killer since I am the only one in the office so not other computer to use.
