For mother's day, I got Brenda Novak's Stillwater trilogy. After reading the reviews on this board, I'd put it on my wish list. Now I have all three!
The TBR pile grows......
How about you all? Anyone get any good books as presents?

Does ordering books for myself count?
LOL Yes, I really did order a couple of books as a Mother's Day gift to myself, while my DH and DD bought me a watch, roses, jewelry box, and a pair of cool flipflops (DD picked out this last one). And as a final gift, the two of them made me dinner.
My DH wouldn't do a very good job picking out my books, and so he pretty much stays out of that territory!
Also, I don't really think my 6 yr old DD should see some of the covers of the books I read!
LOL
Hope everyone had a great Mother's Day!

Mother's Day books
Well, I gave my Secret Pal at work 2 books for Mother's Day, HSR - April 2008 - Mothers of the Year by Rebecca Winters, Lori Handeland and Anna DeStefano and A Breath of Snow and Ashes by Diana Galbaldon. Book 5 in the Outlander series, My friend has read this whole series- all 5,392 pages this year.
For myself, for Mother's Day, I ordered Anything for Her Children by Darlene Gardner, Yours, Mine and Ours by Karen Templeton and A Mother's Love by Janice Kay Johnson, Ruth Wind and RaeAnne Thayne. Sadly, they have not arrived yet.
