A psychic joins forces with a high powered sports agent on his gazillion dollar estate in the Thousand Islands to end a family curse placed on him by the spurned lover of his great grandfather. I just LOVE Joanne's books and she didn't let me down with this fun, sexy and at times grippingly suspenseful, exploration of just what can happen when someone who takes their luck for granted finds themselves having to think outside the *norm* and trust in gut instinct and something that feels a lot like love. I also enjoyed revisiting the Thousand Islands through the character's eyes and Joanne's description of this amazing place and it's history, and how COOL is it that my 13th read of the year just happens to be a book about psychics and the paranormal!
