NEW TO ME
James Graham had been doing missionary work in Africa for six years. He was an architect and carpenter and was building clinics for children all over Africa. Now he had been bitten by an insect (as far as the doctors could determine) and had been left with severe pain in his joints sometimes making it impossible for him to hold tools and extremely painful to move around. He was forced to leave Africa to return home to heal. He was expecting to be back in Africa in 15 weeks. That wasn't going to happen.
Rachael (Rae) Ashcroft had been sending videos of the Chicago Bulls basketball games to the crew that James worked with. She was a trader on the stock market and had been in love with her partner and he with her. He had been killed in a car accident. He was going to give her a ring the night he was killed. Rae was having a hard time dealing with his death and with the business. Rae had two very good friends --Lace & Dave -- who had been close for a long time. They took James into their circle.
I had a bit of trouble reading this book. The story line was good but I don't reading books as religious as this one was. However for those who do this is a good one.
