Liza Henderson, real estate developer, is having problems with a site they are currently working on and Zack Maynard, part owner of the new development, comes to Magnolia Bluffs to investigate the problem. He's a cop currently on leave and helps Liza investigate who's killing off and shooting at other developers.
Loved this story and returning to Magnolia Bluffs. The chemistry between Liza and Zack bubbled off the page. The secondary cast was marvelously done and at points had me laughing out loud. This book spanned the range of emotions and gave a satisfying ending. I would highly recommend this book.
