The Good, The Bad, And The Undead by Kim Harrison Unabridged audio 2005

Someone's killing witches and Rachel is determined to bring Trent Callemac to justice. Rachel is having a hard time keeping Ivy at bay. It's hard sharing a house with a living vampire, especially when said vampire wants to make her her scion.

Taking a class to gather information about the missing witches, Ivy's assignment is to bind her familiar. Her spell goes awry. Instead of making Bob the fish her familiar somehow Nick is her familiar. When Ivy is attacked by a master vampire, Rachel lets her temper get the best of her. She is ready to tackle the vamp in his own den.

This second book in the Hollows is fast paced and a real page turner or in this case changing those disks as fast as I could. I enjoyed this one much more than the first one. Will be listening to the third one soon. Rating: Very Good

I enjoyed this

I enjoyed this one much more than the first one. Even the second time around.

I need...

to read the last two in this series.  It took a sort of wonky turn in the last book I read and I just haven't worked up the nerve to read the last two books to see what directions Kim Harrison went.

I'm trying to listen

I'm trying to listen to them this time to refresh my memory. I think I read the next one but it's a little sketchy. I want to get through them this time and I seem to get more read by listening. I'm finishing a Tony Hillerman and then on to Every Which Way but Dead.
