The Haunting

Maggie encounters a handsome man in her new historic house who turns out to be a ghost who thinks she is the reincarnation of his long-lost love.

He can become coporeal and there are some hot love scenes as well as tender moments. They have to complete a quest to get to the HEA.

The premise (sex with a ghost?) is a bit far-fetched, the ending somewhat unexpected. Ethan and Maggie are likeable characters.
