From the back cover: " A delightfully frothy, sexy love story".
Molly Somerville, author of Daphne the Bunny books, sister to Phoebe owner of the Chicago Stars was nearly run over by quarterback Kevin Tucker. Little did she know that it was the beginning of many changes in her life! Molly loves writing the Daphne books but the rest of her life needs help! Molly has a knack for getting herself in to trouble when pressure mounts, like when she was fifteen and pulled the fire alarm at school despite the fact that there was no fire. When Molly feels the pressure building now she decides to head for the Calebows vacation home in Door County, Wisconsin. The decision was an impulse, she just went.
Kevin is taking advantage of some down time by spending a week at Dan Calebows vacation home in Wisconsin. He is suddenly woke up in the night by an intruder, he is ready for a confrontation. He must have forgot to set the alarm. Imagine his surprise as grabs the guy in the dark and sends him flying. Unfortunately the guy has a dog, a big dog that is snarling, in attack mode! Kevin lunges for the light switch to discover Molly and her pet poodle are the intruders. So begins a most entertaining story of Molly and Kevin falling in love which neither of them realize until it is almost to late.
Susan Elizabeth Phillips know how to weave a story! This will pull out all your emotions, keep you reading, laughing, embracing all the characters in the story.

Oh, this was one of my favorites! I wanted to go to the campground and live there forever. And I loved the little Daphne the Bunny exerpts.
I actually love the way SEP writes children. She did an amazing job of it in her book First Lady, and also here when all the kids come to the campground. I'll never forget the baseball game, with the kid and his blanket she called "Linus." LOL!
I'd have to put this one up in my top few SEP books for sure!

Talented...
Hi Lori,
As I've stated before, SEP is talented! I just finished reading Match Me If You Can. Loved it. The Daphne Bunny books were priceless. I loved how each chapter began with something from one of the Daphne books or an article for Chick. I have to go check her website to see what is coming out next. I also have to get a copy of Natural Born Charmer as it is #7 & the last one as far as I know. This has been such enjoyable reading. I think the books just keep getting better. I have read First Lady but quite some time ago. After reading such good books it is hard to decide what to read next! I picked out one of my Blaze books.
I hope you have a good weekend, what's left anyway.
Take care, happy reading,
