This was the third book in the Broken Arrow Ranch series. Katherine is an illustrator of childrens books in England and when she finds out her boyfriend of two years is married and has a child she goes to visit her family in Colorado at the ranch they inheireted.
Someone from the family must not be gone from the ranch for more than one night or they loose the ranch to an unknown person. As in the other books there are people trying to get them off the ranch and you still do not know who is doing this.
Katherine meets the brother of her sister's fiancee and he rubs her the wrong way from the start. He is an ex CIA agent who is now a PI. He keeps her from dating the wrong man and protects her when someone is trying to run them off the ranch.
There is still one sister left and I am waiting for the next book in this series. We still have not found out who is trying to run them off the ranch but the last book should be very interesting.
