Ok, so I should be in bed, but I went to dinner (ALONE) with DH in the city for HIS birthday! I asked him to stop at BestBuy so I could look at a couple of things:-). An hour later I was prepared to buy a new printer and my first ever Notebook!!!! What do you know, they were out of the Notebook I wanted. They found some in stock in another store about 25 miles away. We bought the printer and headed to the other store.
While driving in the shopping center at the new location DH spotted a CircuitCity.
"Do you suppose we should look there first before we buy?" he asked.
"Sure! I've never bought anything there before, but it can't hurt to look!"
Would you believe they had the very same printer we had just bought for $20 less? They also had the same notebook for $25 less! AND the associate told us they would knock $70 off of a printer if we bougth the notebook.
Can you say, "Done deal!!!"?
Believe it or not, they were out of the notebook there too. So, they offered to sell us the display for $150 less than the sticker price. PLUS we got a $50 mir for it and a $70 mir for the printer!
It gets better! I have dial up internet service here at home. I just turned this thing on, clicked find a network, and I am online high speed wireless WITHOUT a bill!!!!!
I can't believe how fast this thing is!!!! Is it ok that I got a new toy on DH's b-day?
