OMG, I had the most amazing adventures at RT.
First, I talked to hundreds of people, introducing myself and the challenge, gathering inspiration from them for upcoming threads and just having a blast in general. I have so many stories, that I'll be sharing as soon as I can type it all up and match names to faces.
This face is one you'll know...
As some of you know, the infamous Fabio and Adrian Paul were at the cover model reunion dinner which was part of the convention. My gf Donna and I attended this dinner and My oh My, if I was younger and single... I will say those boys are definitely a boost for a gal's ego, at least the smart/nice ones are.
The crowd was very thick to get pic's with the guys, so Donna and I decided to split up so we had a better shot at getting at least one of them. I am also an Adrian Paul fan, but Donna is one of my best friends and I wanted her to have that photo op so she went right and I went left towards Fabio. (Who's no slouch by any means.) I did get to meet Adrian, but it was later in the event, and my camera was on the other side of the room, and the poor guy was very nice, but tired so I didn't want to inconvenience him any by asking him to wait while I fetched it. Donna has a pic of the back of my head that she snapped while I was talking to him as he signed autograph books.
As some of you know, I'm kinda short, even in heels, and while I stand up for myself, and am definitely not shy, I do have manners, so I was having a little bit of an issue getting my pic.
Mr Romance 2008 - Chris Winters (pic in the next blog entry) is a really nice guy and he saw that I was having a problem so the sweety pulled me over to him, stood behind me with his hands on my shoulders until Fabio was done with his current pic and then got his attention.
Then he asks Fabio to take a pic with "this lovely lady" *swoon* and practically throws me at him. 
Fabio... oh my, he was very nice, and the man certainly knows his job. He does this thing where he pulls you into his side and kinda tucks you there all safe and sound. Could almost give a girl ideas...
So this is me, with Fabio.
I'll post pics of Adrian as soon as she sleeps some and forwards them onto me.

Wow, great picture. I just saw the old episode for America's Next Top Model on MTV with Fabio doing a photo shoot with all the models as Romance books covers. Fabio was so professional and the man can pose.
I hope you took a picture of Adrian Paul too (Terri is counting on you!)

i don't know if it is true or not, but all the press I have read on him makes him sound like a truly nice guy with really good manners. Gotta love that.

Fabio was very nice, as was Adrian. There was this really shy lady there, who wanted a pic with one or the other of them and couldn’t bring herself to approach them. So I dragged her up and explained it, and then both men got into the shot with her. Of course, it occurred to me later that I should’ve jumped in…lol.
Cady ~ He really was a gentleman, and you know I was proud of him, because he was trying to talk about the charity he supports, which is for people who’ve served in the armed forces, and there was so much hooting and cat calling that he gently scolded them for being frivolous while he was trying to be serious, especially about something so important.
Beth ~ I did have a wonderful time, but then, I always try to enjoy myself and make sure those around me also have fun. Life's to short to slow down.
I looked for you, when I’d heard you’d won. It would have been nice if we could have met, maybe next time. I said so in the other thread, but Congratulations again.

I just got pictures from one of my best friends, Donna. She got her picture taken with Adrian, because there wasn't enough time for us to get our pics done with both and I love her enough to let her go into his line. lol.
