The Inconvenient Bride by Anne McAllister - Presents - May 01

Dominic Wolfe was CEO of Wolfe Enterprises which had been his father's company. Now his father was determined to get Dominic married off even if he had to threaten him with the loss of his job by telling the board of directors that he (Douglas) had no confidence in Dominic's ability to run the company. Douglas had even picked out who Dominic would marry.

Sierra Kelly was an independent hair stylist for high fashion potographers. She was a very independent person who would not follow trends but would do things her own way including dying her hair purple and wearing "outrageous" clothes.

Sierra and Dominic had met at the wedding of her sister and his brother and had spent the night together after the wedding. Neither could forget how great the sex was between them Dominic decided he would marry Sierra in order to stop his father's plans to chose who Dominic would marry. But the only way Sierra would agree to the marriage was if Dominic gave her enough money to get a friend's child on the waiting list for a kidney transplant. They were married the same day and when they met his father and the woman his father expected Dominic to marry for supper things got interesting as did the rest of the story.

I found the whole book to be very entertaining and even found myself laughing at the situations the Dominic found himself in with Sierra. At times I felt sorry for Sierra even though she was able to handle Dominic very well. At times I felt sorry for him even though he asked for what he got by being a jerk toward Sierra.
