Jared Cameron came to Jacobsville for the funeral of a relative. However, nobody, including Sara Dobbs knew who that relative had been. Sara works for the local book store and may appear quite and mousy, but Jared is about to find out that she can stand up for herself. Unfortunately she can't seem to say no to the cowboy. Why is Jared in town and why does he need Tony the Dancer as a bodyguard? And why are the three drug dealers not running for the border?
Diana once again tells a masterful story of love and taking chances. Not everyone is what they seem. Ms. Palmer will have to add Tony the Dancer to her long list of heros who needs a book.
