When Jack left Australia a year ago, Tiffany thought she had lost him for good. But in truth, Jack loved Tiffany too much to share the painful secret of his illness. He went away to cope the only way he knew how - alone.
Now seeing Tiffany again makes Jack long for the love he believes he neither deserves nor could ever return. Tiffany has different ideas, and sets out to prove she can love and cherish him - for better or for worse.
It took me longer than normal to read this book, which was very frustrating. It felt like there was a conspiracy to prevent me from reading when all I wanted to do was read this book.
Now that I have that off my chest, excuse me while I gush. I loved, loved, LOVED this book. I adored the characters, Tiffany and Jack (and Amalthea the goat of course), and was totally hooked by their story within the first few pages. I thought the conflict was wonderful and it was skilfully handled by a superb writer.
Memo: Marry Me was my favourite Jennie Adams novel, but I'm afraid it's been knocked off its podium by To Love and To Cherish. This is a fabulous book and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a friends-to-lovers theme.

This book
This book is on my tbr pile, Claire, and I have to admit - it was in danger of languishing there for some time. You've convinced me to pull it out and stick it right on top.
Thanks for such a lovely, heartfelt review. Am looking forward to losing myself in To Love and To Cherish.

Big smooshy hugs to Claire. Thank you for that lovely review. I got a bit teary reading it! So pleased you enjoyed Jack and Tiffany -- and Amalthea. Hee.
Michelle, almost my entire TBR pile is languishing at the moment, along with the account keeping and 98% of the email I've receive in the last week. I feel so guilty, but when I get my head down trying to finish a book I find it really hard to come up for air.
