Love Letters from a Duke

Felicity Langley has just made a huge mistake.  She has mistaken the Duke of Hallenbroke for her new footman!  Thatcher tries to tell her but she doesn't listen so he plays along with her.  What he learns is that she is a very determined young woman who will have a Season for herself, her sister and her cousin even though she hasn't got enough money to buy coal.  Into the mix comes her dotty old old "aunt" who made her name as a pickpocket, a former "nanny" who was one of her father's mistresses and who has decidedly unusual attitudes toward life and, other assorted colorful characters.  This book is down-right funny and a great way to spend a winter's day!  Felicity and her sisters have amazing and amusing adventures amongst the Ton.  Thatcher finds himself falling for this amazing, independent, beautiful woman, especially after reading the letters that his late father wrote to her using his name for four years.  I didn't want the book to end and I give it an A+.Cool
