In Gina's book "Finding Family" Rachel Madison had a trouble prone younger sister. This book is about that sister Dani and her quest to change her way of life.
Teague McCauley was an FBI agent who seemed to work day and night on his cases. Dani Madison was determined to make a fresh start in her life and become independent depending on no one.
Dani left her family in Atlanta and moved to Little Rock in order to start over. Dani was taking music education classes and minoring in psychology. She was also teaching piano lessons.
Mrs Parsons was a petite, white-haired woman in her early 70s. All three of them lived on the same floor of the apartment building. Teague and Dani were attracted to each other but neither wanted to have a serious relationship so they decided to be friends and nothing more. Of course that didn't last or there wouldn't be a story.
One day Teague ended up on the wrong side of an arrest and was badly beaten up but not seriously injured. Dani decided to nurse him back to health and then invited him to Christmas with her family in Atlanta. They continued to get closer to each other but neither wanted a serious relationship. Their relationship was an up and down one until they finally had a serious argument which created a split between them.
Did the split last????? Read the book and find out what happened. I loved the book.
