Two life changing events happened to me in the same year - 1998 that changed my perspective on love.  My father died in January at age 62.  He was in great health until a melanoma in eye mestastasized to his lungs, liver and spleen. From that point,  he had 6 weeks left to live.  It realy hit me then that life is short and to treasure each day.  The other event was much happier.  My daughter was born in December.  After years of fertility issues, lightning struck and I had one child.   Becoming a mother has filled my heart with love and joy.  I now understand the deep and special love that a mother has for her child.  I would do anything to keep her safe.  And, seeing the world through her eyes of wonder is such a thrill for me

LOL that Damian proved to you I know all about love.

I'm still thrilled that he reached people that much, even when we were never in his head, with Calista being the one through whose eyes (and senses and mind and body) we experienced him.

And though he'll always be unique, I hope you'll like my upcoming Sheikhs in Desire as much, if in different ways.

One thing that makes me hope you will is that my Desire Debut Sheikh, the oldest Aal Masood brother, Farooq, just got a TOP PICK from Romantic Times!

But, aaahhhh, how I'd love to have more Damian, too.

I just found this thread & notice that I must be missing something, I can't find 'Doctors on the Frontline', 'Strong Medicine' & 'Radical Cure' in HQ or Amazon sites.  They sound very interesting.

Regretfully, none of these books are in either eBook or Kindle format (but it would be great if you expressed your desire for them to be made into ones to those who have the power to make it so!! If enough people want it, maybe it will come to pass...)

Pleases tell me what book he comes from? He sounds like a must read. I have the last of  the Dessert Lords triology on order so will be reading the 3 of them when I get it. I just love the covers on the other two

Olivia I must confess I have yet to read any of your books but if I had been around in March I would have been looking for them after reading this blog.  Love just is. Your thoughts here are so on the mark. I am really looking forward to reading the trilogy.

Damian is the hero of my Dr. Calista St. James series for Bombshell. I had two books out starring him and Calista before the line was cancelled. And he seems to have cultivated quite the following. You want to hear about him, ask Sadhbh.

Here's hoping I can write more books about him sometime in the future.

If you'd like to read about him, I'm extending the same invitation to you as the one I did to Orchid. Email me your snail mail and I'll send you the books. I doubt you'd find them anywhere now, and I'd love to facilitate enjoying Damian any way I can.

Have you gone deeper into this site?  I have just discovered that there are other authors giving their thoughts on love as well. Now I will be spending some time reading the thoughts from them. Hit Blog Bash ll and look under recent posts. Does anyone know if there was a blog bash l this year? I just noted that Michele Dunaway did March 31. Wow I will be reading all of them for sure.

I've been lurking here and thought I'd just add that Amazon has a new feature that you can request books to be added in the Kindle format. Just pull up the book and then look to the left and down a bit and you'll see it ask. If they get enough requests they'll get it for you. I've requested several and one is now available.

Hmmm, there maybe another chance at life yet for my out-of-print books. That is *IF* enough people ask for them to be made into Kindle format.

Thank you so much I just received my two Bombshells in the mail today. My husband was very impressed with the mailing envelope. Now I will just have to find the time to read them.

I just don't read as fast as you. I wish I could but I don't. You have 30 books to post or more by now and I have only 10 waiting to be posted. It is a hugh difference. My TBR is probably close to your 900 though.
