The Memory Keeper's Daughter

Spellbinding… captivating…a book I will remember for many years to
come. From the first page, I became engrossed in David Henry’s life. By
midway through the novel, I felt like I knew him…the complexity of his
character becomes revealed bit by bit and I found myself on the edge of
my seat just dying to dig deeper. Kim Edwards does a great way of
evolving the story very gradually, mixing the past and present in a way
that is engaging and stimulating. Once you begin reading about David’s
journey to the hospital with his wife during a blizzard in 1964, you
will not be able to put this book down! Although it is not a typical
“romance” novel, I think it would appeal to anyone who is mystified by
the strange way love can work.
