The Millionaire's Convenient Bride

Connah Carey Jones needs a nanny, who will pretend to be a housekeeper, for his eight year old daughter while she is home from boarding school for the summer.

Hester Ward is a professional nanny who is between jobs.  Her previous job finished earlier than expected and her next job isn't until the fall when the parents new baby is due.

There is very little contact between Connah and Hester, in fact they are rarely in the same scene.  Which makes it difficult to picture them as lovers.

The eight year old acts more like she's 38.

Both Connah and Hester are very cold, unemotional people.  Even the "love" scenes left a lot to be desired.

The book does have a pretty cover.

Skip this one and find a good Lucy Monroe book to read.
