Into March already and I've read 39 books! This one fits the March challenge as she is a new author to me.
Someone else has already blogged this book and I can say the same thing about it. Briana Davenport is a model for a rival jeweler but she's powerfully attracted to the sworn enemy, Jarrod Hammond. When he tries to seduce her into becoming his mistress, she flipplantly replies that she'll do it for a million dollars because her father needs the money. Much to her surprise, Jarrod takes her up on it but will one night of mind-blowing sex be enough for the both of them?
This book is pure fantasy. Who wouldn't want to throw caution to the wind and agree to become the mistress of a sexy billionaire for a million dollars? Both Brianna and Jarrod have issues to work out, not the least of these being her working for a competitor. However, the plot is plausible and the characters are engaging and so I give this book a B+.
My favorite so far
This was my favorite in the series so far. I was starting to think I would not contiue reading it and this one changed that for me. Only a million dollars to sleep with a super model!?!
