Once again I am attempting to load a picture of Cherokee Rain to share with my friends around the world. She is a Boxer, born on April 4, 2008 and I hope to bring her home in about a month. I absolutely love this breed of dog. They are totally family oriented and highly loyal. Boxers are playful, energetic, and will learn almost anything quickly.

Thanks Jennifer. I can't wait to go visit her. I'm hoping to make the 2 hour drive on the 3rd or 4th (next weekend). Her breeder had surgery this week and said I can come, but I want to let her rest up before bombarding her with mommy-dearest plague! Lol Plus, Cherry will be 4 weeks by then and should be learning her name since the breeder is already using it with her, and she'll be more playful and alert at 4 wks. And I do so want to play with her! (jumping up and down bouncing emoticon here)

Oh what a cute little thing. I was raised by a boxer - at least that is what my parents always told me. Tangent (dad was in post grad school at the time) would hang out with me and if I tried to crawl off my blanket, he would haul me back by the diaper. He was my best friend until 4th grade when he got cancer and died very quickly. Definantly one of the best dogs (and greatest memories) ever. Enjoy your baby boxer soon.

being raised by Tangent, Bonsal! What a precious memory for you to have of a dear friend.
I love puppies too. In fact, the lady just sent me some new pics and I will be adding one of her whole litter for you all to see and oooh and awww over- as soon as I can convert it to my program to edit it to upload.
