I'm a Harlequin Presents
I'm a Harlequin Presents addict... so the books I'm looking forward to are all from that series.
I've read and re-read the back covers in the online store probably 5 times for the June books. I held off on ordering them online, and I was gong to hold off buying them for a bit, maybe see if some pop up in the library.... but jeez. It's June 1st barely by 3 hours, and I'm already making up excuses in my head about why I absolutely need to go out shopping tomorrow. And I know that is just my way of giving myself an excuse to stop by the book store..... *grin*
I'm looking forward to THESE:
Emma Darcy - Bought for Revenge, Bedded for Pleasure (I like the forbidden aspect of the stepbro/stepsis relationship, it also shows a history between them)
Kate Walker - Spanish Billionaire, Innocent Wife (I've heard so many good reviews for this one. And I love a good story with history, revenge, a flare of passion, and a surprise innocent heroine)
Natalie Rivers - The Salvatore Marriage Deal (A woman tossed out on the street preggers by her lover... I know I should hate myself for liking this storyline, but I just know it's going to have crazy chemistry and set up an intense love/hate relationship)
I'm trying to.......
calculate just how many of these I can sneak onto my grocery list! LOL None of these will probably be at my library yet. I'm anxious to read some good meaty storylines! I'm stuck on this one right now that just seems to be dragging along. Maybe I'll have to come back to that one!
Do you read paranormal
Do you read paranormal romances? I've LOVED every Angela Knight book I've read... if you're in a reading slump and want fresh and fast moving reads, Angela Knight's are uber passionate and hit the spot. Your library probably has a couple of her books....
My library stocks lots of HPs/SDs, which is great because they are the lines I read the most! I just have to wait a few weeks... but i never can wait. I always end up buying books before they hit the library shelves.
Honestly........
I'm not a paranormal reader. I actually have one on the way to me b/c the excerpt I read was just so good I couldn't resist it. As a rule though, you will rarely, if ever, find me reading a paranormal. I just can't get into them - not even for my fav authors!!! I can deal with a witch or two, but I'm just not into the shapeshifters and vampires, etc. That just doesn't feel like "romance" to me. I will check out AK though and see how I feel about her type of paranormal since you recommended it so highly! Thanks Janet!
You are so lucky your library stocks HQ's!!!! My library got rid of all of their paperbacks a few years ago. I am quite lucky as my library does trade off with other libraries in their library system so I can get a book if another library has it.
Thanks to eHarlequin's
Thanks to eHarlequin's preorder! I have some of my June must reads.

Julz... yeah if you're
Julz... yeah if you're not into paranormal romances, then you probably won't like AK's books. AK's books have a very complex (but well-developed!) paranormal universe with all kinds of creatures.
If you do love STEAMY romance, you probably would get really into AK's books for the heat she brings! Yummy.
oops forgot

Oooo....
I'll have to look into that one Christa! I love VLT! The Jill Shalvis looks good too! I think that's already on THE LIST!
Wild for Him should be great Star! I can't wait to read it!!!
Janet - I'll take a look and see what I can find of hers. Maybe AK has something not TOO paranormal for me!
Hey Julz, maybe you should
Hey Julz, maybe you should check out the author I like slightly LESS than Angela Knight..... Amanda Ashley. She has paranormal romances that aren't quite as intense, aren't as graphically sexual, and the paranormal universe isn't as well-built (instead it's a lukewarm universe no different from ours, where supernatural creatures live in the underbelly of society, along the fringes).
What I consider negatives, you might consider huge positives.
