NOTES FROM THE BACKSEAT

I absolutely loved this book.

When Gwen's best friend gives her a journal before Gwen goes off on a road trip with her boyfriend and his best friend (who just happens to be a blonde yoga goddess), she can't imagine the journal is what is going to keep her sane through three of the possibly best and worst days of her life.

Gwen's a great character, who has to deal with the fact her boyfriend's best friend can't stand her and relegates her to the backseat of the old convertible, leaving her sharing the seat with the surfboard. She can barely hear the conversations going on in the front seat, but Gwen clearly knows enough -- the hottie is after her boyfriend.

I loved the secondary characters, they were quite fun and things really get interesting when Gwen and co. reach their destination. Laughing

This is one book well worth picking up!
