The second book in the Room 59 series is another fast-paced spy thriller. The story is about a medical breakthrough that might be the answer to many uncurable diseases, but it's first use will be as a terrorist weapon.
The story is very believable and makes the reader think of a lot of what-ifs. Hopefully when a discovery like this happens in real life it will be made by sane people and not crazy ones like the villains in the book!
The ending is a real shocker and not what you will expect.

I've been enjoying the book-talk here, Lori. I just wish I had more time to read. Our 18 yr-old dog keeps me up sometimes and by the time I get home from work I'm ready to drop. I really enjoy the audio books on the commute, though. More of the Mira on UN-abridged audio would be nice (we have an Audible.com subscription). I try to read a lot on weekends.
Say, what is the difference between the Harlequin Intrigue and Silhouette Romantic Suspense lines, they seem quite similar. I'll keep trying to add to the comments here!
