Pages for Pounds diary #1

Turns out both are going slow - no time to do as much reading as I would like although I have exercised every day, including some yard work and walking on my treadmill (this is how I finished The Black Dragon last night). 

I have figured out that I tend to snack most when I am tired.  Since I can't do much about that having 26 hours of things to do and only 24 hours per day, I am concentrating on trying to be aware of what I put in my mouth and not just mindlessly grazing every time I get the urge. 

 I have decided to only weigh once a week - otherwise, it is just too, too depressing!

 Good luck to everyone on all of your resolutions/goals for 2008.

Hey CJP,

I just put up a blog about weighing each week and keeping track of the weight loss.  I am hoping people will want to that with me.  I have stated what my weight is on a link that shows the progress I'm making.

We can list weight loss only or starting weight, current weight, and weight loss.  It is totally up to the person what he/she would like to display.  It can be all of it or a combination, just as long as the individual is comfortable with what they list.  Check out my blog and see what you think.
