I was trying to figure out how to resize a pic at photobucket, so i could post an amazing and really cute pic for you all to see, of my new Yorkshire Terrior puppy, Nikki, climbing my couch, cause she is far to little to jump...and i guess that shows how badly she wanted up there. lol
She's been trying to jump up on our couch since she first saw our Pomeranian up there, but of course, it was going to take forever for her to grow big enough, so Nikki said to heck with it, and tried climbing, and it worked. lol
Anyway, i went to Tammy's site to read her How to post pics thread, again, and of course, i was in a bit of a hurry, so this time i just read the most current instructions that Christa recently wrote...had no idea what would happen when i followed her directions...but i figured it couldn't be too disastrous, cause they're all doing it. lol
If you go to my profile, you'll see a monstrous background pic there of her climbing...which i will need to remove...but figured i'd leave it for bit for anyone interested in seeing it, and while i also try to figure out how to post pics where i want them, possibly.

Cute picture! I haven't learned how to post a picture. Last year Wayne helped me with mine. So far this year I haven't put a picture on my profile page. One of these days I will pick something out to go in that blank spot, probably not of me!! Everyone got to look at me last year!!

Wrong place to post a pic
Fixed...you mistakenly posted the picture in the space that I've set aside for adding the book widgets, and then the space for your bio should only contain just that....a short bio. It completely distorts the friend pages when you add photos or long messaging in that space. If you need to post pictures etc, I recommend that you create a blog entry....after all that's why I added the blog functionality, to give community members the flexibility to have a show and tell.
I guess I need to go and take a look at the other profile pages you mention to caution them as well.

I didn't see how Nikki got up there the first time...i just looked over from the computer and she was up on the couch, and i was like " how'd you get up there?" Since I was the only one home, i was quite stumped....so i put her down and watched...wasn't long before she was jumping up and down like a corkcrew, falling over, or bouncing back off the couch(like usual lol)....till she finally got a grip high enough with her front feet, then she hung there for a second.., then started to climb... Was a slow process, and very hard work for her. lol Now she often gets up there in seconds she's gotten so fast at it.
I have to watch carefully for when she wants down, so i can put her down before she jumps, and she "usually" waits. lol
Tammy, Thank-you very much for the offer to help me size pics...i hope you don't mind if i need "more" help than that.
lol I'm definately not versed on doing this technical stuff. i've just barely figured out how to get something up on photobucket. 
I've been Super busy...and tonight we're going for coffee at Chad & Crystals for a bit. Chad put their new stroller, crib and other baby things together, and we're going over to see them all. I'll send you an e-mail first chance i get. Thanx again.
Donna, I posted a couple pictures in the Avatar spot, but i've never been able to get it to work since then. I've never learned how to post a picture any other way yet, and barely that way. lol I'm going to have to learn once and for all i guess, cause it's frustrating me. I like it when people have their personel pics up, makes them seem more, i don't know, real? Not sure that's not the right word, but the only one my tired brain can think of right now.
LOL Debi, I just followed Christa's directions over on Tammy's blog...but since i read no previous messages...i had NO idea what was going to happen...i was just hoping if it worked, i could drag and drop the picture in a blog entry, or where ever i wanted it....but "Nowhere" in my dreams did i imagine it going and doing what it did...i just about had chickens when i saw that. And here i'd thought i'd shrunk it at photobucket.

I've thoroughly enjoyed watching her climb it ...although half the time she's up there so fast anymore. She's also really wrecking my new blanket i have on it...but it's so cute and I haven't got the heart to stop her.

Hi Debi, That's Ken standing down there watching her climb for the first time. I'd seen her do it for a couple nights while he was on graveyards. He hadn't been up long there. I imagine he had a pretty impressed look on his face, cause i didn't tell him in advance so there'd be that shock factor when he seen her in action for the first time.

I've now put a stool there and we've all taught her to use it to get up and down from the couch. Up is now working pretty good, although as i'm saying that, she just climbed it., so i'm guessing up and down is about half and half. She uses the stool or waits to be lifted down. Works for me. lol

Thanx ElleJay. She is amazingly cute imho. And her personality is sooo entertaining.
Reba will be 12 years old this summer, so while she doesn't mind playing for a few "seconds" here and there, anything more than that and she gets kinda cranky and starts making this horrible, mouth open, groaning noise. But they sleep together all the time, and it's pretty darn cute...and if Nikki makes a noise, Reba is right there to see that's she ok.
