I am off on a cruise on Sunday. I'm going to celebrate my 10th Anniversary (how time flies!) on Valentine's Day--aww--with my husband, my mother and her partner, my uncle and aunt, and a couple of friends.
I've been cruising before, but to the best of my knowledge, none of the rest of them have, so this should be fun.
We'll be doing the Western Carribean and along with seeing the sights, I intend to sit by the pool with a drink perhaps and read. Maybe I can get caught up.
Anybody have any favorite vacation reads to share? Anyone else think vacations are a great time to veg and flip pages?
I wish you all fantastic reading while I'm gone. :)
Writing is like a drug. Anyone who tells you it isn't is trying to sell you something more addictive. Like crack.

I definitely had a book on
I definitely had a book on the deck reading while on my last cruise. There's always time to read no matter where you are.
Happy Anniversary and have a great time.

Happy Anniversary...
In my humble opinion, if you're going to be cruising, why not take along Beth Ciotta's All About Evie and Everybody Loves Evie to get you in the right frame of mind
The first book introduces Evie, a showbiz veteran who joins the cast of a cruiseship variety show with hilarious consequences.
I'm about 3/4's of the way thru the second book and thoroughly enjoying it!
