This is the last book in the Heart of the West series. There were 16 books and 16 bachelors in all. Each book can stand alone but, I chose to read them in order which I found nice. More than one of these books brought tears to my eyes. A WONDERFUL SET OF NOVELS AND AUTHORS!!

My Opinion:
This was a heart touching story about two people who loved each other as teens and now find themselves back in each others arms once again. Ali bought Jake at the bachelor auction in the hopes of closing the door on what they once had and move on. But it is never as easy as that and when she spends the weekend in a cabin with him she realizes that she still wants him just as much as she ever did. Jake ran away once without a word and left her pregnant, what will he do this time? Can he actually leave now that he has found her again? Fate plays a cruel twist when Sam, their daughter ends up lost in the woods. Jake sets out to find Ali's daughter without even realizing it's his daughter too. What will Jake do once he finds out the truth? Once he knows about Sam he finds it's not so easy to run. But he thinks Ali and Sam are better off without him. Only this time he'll tell Ali it can't work. Can Jake get past his insecurities and stick it out to become a family? The only thing, Jake has more at stake this time, his daughter, Ali's love and his own heart! I loved this book, it truely touched my heart.
Reclaiming Jake comes very, very Highly Recommended!!

Heart of the West
I read alot of series set in the west. I remember this one, but never picked one up. Sounds like you really enjoyed them. I may check at the USB no my next trip to see if there are any copies. Thanks for the info, Shelley!
