I spend a fair amount of time in online message boards, so when I found a book that is told entierly through email I had to read it. This book is not as hard to follow as some people might think. The main reason for this is that all of the characters have a distinctive voice and story line so that even if you don't read their name you still know which woman is speaking. The story is about a mail loop of stay at home moms (SAHM) chatting about their lives. My mother was a SAHM, and I could just imagine her typing some of these emails, you know if there had been email in the eighties. The other thing I loved about the book was that it was a really quick read. I didn't want to put it down! As soon as I have time I'm planning on reading the authors second book. There wasn't a courting type romance in the book it was more about the womens problems with their husbands and children, which I find me now that I've been in a steady relationship is a lot more relatable.
