Secrets of His Own, by Amada Stevens

This book was okay. It just seemed to miss something. It would have been better if you didn't know whether the hero, Nick Draco, was good or bad. Let it be a mystery for a while. Or let the crazy housekeeper be even more crazy. I don't know. Something. It drove me crazy that the big mystery haunting Cape Diablo island, the dissapearance of an entire family 30 years ago, had absolutely nothing to do with the story. Work it in somehow, okay? Or just leave it out.
