There has been a business rivalry between Nick Colton and Abby Taylor's father for a long time. Right now Nick is volunteering his time to build a house and Abby was a liaison with the press. Nick charms and seduced her. Is it in the name of revenge? Even thinking this she is powerless to control her desire for him. To get back at Taylor some more Nick is planning to steal a multi-million dollar deal from Taylor. But when he steals the deal he finds out it was Abby working on the deal not the father. What will her reaction be when she finds out Nick? (Nick's involvement in the company that stole the deal is buried). Has she lost the deal, her job, her father and her heart all in the name of revenge?
This was a puzzling story. When Nick learned that the deal had been Abby's, he said to his brother "he didn't want to hurt Abby". Didn't he think when Abby found out that he seduced her out of revenge that she would be hurt? Was there more to Nick's father being a drunk, working as a gardening for Taylor and Taylor telling Nick he would never amount to anything all that was behind the feud? There didn't seem to be a resolution between Abby, her father and Nick. Nick could be very charming one minute and a snake the other. Abby protested a lot and later she would not hear Nick's side of things.
