My sister gave me this book and asked when we were visiting a couple of months ago if I'd read it. Apparently, she thinks it would help and could tell that I hadn't. It actually didn't tell me anything that I hadn't learned in Parenting Classes. What I need is a support group that meets every couple of weeks so I keep the skills in the front of my mind and use them first. NFM
