Backcover Synopsis - Emily McBride, the youngest of the McBride cousins was fed up with always being the "good girl". All her life she'd lived in the shadow of her family's scandalous past, never drawing attention to herself, never rocking the boat. Well, those days were over. Emily intended to live a little. She was going to be daring, reckless...free. But she never expected to end up on the wrong side of the law, even by mistake. Wade Davenport, the sexy new chief of police, insisted he wasn't letting her out of his sight and suddenly Emily realized that a life of crime might not be so bad.
Personal Opinion - I enjoyed this book. It was a look at life in not too distant past when home, family and community was more important to many people. i also enjoy series about different members of a family, the good girls and the black sheep.
