This is another story about a Westmoreland man...Spencer Westmoreland. Touch, arrogant, fierce businessman, but knew what he wanted and went after it with such a determination that he left many not really liking him. But I liked Spencer; understood his pain from a past broken relationship and he had me laughing as he slowly got drawn into the loving of Chardonnay. Chardonnay was a woman who although did not like Spencer's demanding tactics but as usual her heart got bit by Spencer's passion.
I strongly recommend this book, especially if you are a devout fan of Brenda Jackson. Another one of Brenda Jackson's books that I loved and hated to see it come to an end. But of course, these Desires are very, very short, but not short on a great story!
