Was Emma in NYC at the time the 150 mile west reference was made? The fictitious Cooper’s Corner would be northeast of NYC (roughly 200 miles away if you place it near Williamstown), so I didn’t really understand this reference on page 18. It is amazing the little things that can knock me right out of a book. LOL—on the other hand if Emma was standing in a radio station in Boston, MA then the fictitious CC would be around 150 miles to the west.
Okay, back to reading. No wonder authors need to do research, the reading public can be so picky. ;-) Okay, once I got done perseverating on location (really 15 minutes tops) and back to reading this book proved to be a pretty fast read for me. There were a few funny lines to go along with the fast pace of the book. I’ve read other books by the writing team of Marissa Carroll and have enjoyed them. I like the way these characters are fleshed out and brought to life—another winner in the series.
