A lot of people have already reviewed Sugar Daddy. They have all raved about it, and I think I missed what they're raving about.
Sugar Daddy is Lisa Kleypas' first contemporary book, and therefore the first book I've read by her.
Liberty Jones has lived a life on the wrong side of the tracks, but that hasn't stopped her from being determined to do better for the little sister that she's suddenly responsible for. However, Liberty is bound and determined that she's going to be successful on her own, and not with the help of a "sugar daddy".
Sugar Daddy is a good story of how determination and hard work can pay off in huge rewards. It's also a story of how what you wish for as a young person, might not be what you want as an adult, so be careful what you wish for.
Yes, I did enjoy Sugar Daddy, but I feel I missed something because I jsut don't get what all the raves are all about. Yes, I will read the sequel because I got a great deal on it, so it's in my pile. What all this means is that if you read it or plan to in the future I can't wait to see what you thought of Sugar Daddy!

In the TBR...
It is on the shelf! I didn't read your review as I like to not have a pre-formed opinion. However, I got the book because so many people raved about it on the What are you Reading Now thread. After I read I'll check your comments.
Have a good weekend & a wonderful Mother's Day.
Take care, happy reading,

I don't like to read reviews of books that I'm planning on reading soon either Donna. I hope you like it better than I did!
