Surrender to the Highlander
What a great book!
Rurik is the womanizing hero, we met him in Taming the Highlander HH#807, but the nun, Margriet, he has to escort back to her father in Rurik's homeland has him beside himself with desire for her. He can't understand how he could feel this way for a holy woman. Margriet has lived at the convent for 10 years. Her mother died and her father brought her to the convent to keep her safe. She has a secret she needs to talk to her father about and feels that dressed like a nun is better for this trip. Ms Brisbin has created a wonderful book with many secrets. Very entertaining and I read it as fast as possible LOL I may need to do a reread of both Taming the Highlander and Surrender to the Highland for my medieval fix soon.

Terri Brisbin
I am looking forward to this one. I got 3 Medievals in Jan (this plus Carol Townend and Catherine Palmer) so I held this one back so I would have 2 Medievals this month.
I have not read Terri Brisbin yet. Do you think I need to get any preceding books or can I just jump into this book and have a great read?

Surrender and Taming
Hi, Paisley!
I may be biased but I think this can be read as a stand-alone. I think reading TAMING THe HIGHLANDER first will increase your enjoyment, but it isn't mandatory to understand the character or his story....
I hope you enjoy it!

Paisley, you need to get
Paisley, you need to get Terri's full back list. What wonderful books - I've enjoyed them all. Out of order the books are good but in order is better
Terri I'm thrilled you wrote here and I do love all your books. Rurik's character was good in TTH but I do like reformed heroes
