The Temptation of Rory Monahan by Elizabeth Bevarly. 2001

This book was very enjoyable.

The premise really appealed:

the dedicated professor
(Rory Monahan) getting distracted from his preoccupation from the fifteenth
edition of “Stegman’s Guide to the Peloponnesian War” by the staid librarian
Miriam Thornbury.

Who was not so
staid.

And certainly not plain.

Miriam also had a reference of her
own she was following, Metropolitan Magazines: “Awaken Your Inner
Temptress.” Rory, despite his best endeavours to stay focused, was indeed tempted...Smile

SHE WHO IS MOST OBSERVANT

to dream the impossible dream...
this is my quest-to follow that star..
