I am going to keep my review of this book brief, simply because I really don't know what to think about it. I know that not every book is meant to end happy, or that everything is rosy, simply because that is the way life is. I just don't know what to think about the three-way relationship going on in this book. To me it seemed like a love triangle gone good, then gone wrong in a really bad way. I definitely felt the emotions of this book, but some of them were so intense that I felt drained when I finished it. I don't know if I would have made the same choices or would even flirt with the possibility of making these choices. From what I saw, the main problem throughout the whole book is that the characters really sucked in their communicating their true feelings with eachother, and since I am big on communication I felt that they were letting eachother walk blind in their own home. So I guess that is why I am still trying to figure and sort out my feelings on this book. I still loved it, so don't get me wrong there. This one just really made me think. What would I have done?

It really does leave...
... a lot up to the reader to interpret. I'm constantly amazed at how well Megan does that in whatever she writes. Certainly not a story that I could easily put aside once I was done.

Forbidden Pleasures . . .
You know, I read that book last year and I was thinking of about it all throughout reading this one. I loved it! The main difference is that the emotional ties in that book compaired to this one are completely different. The threesome in FP had a sense of permanence to it even though it starts out rocky. If you don't agree with the idea of a threesome in your personal life you still kinda feel like this is a good thing that is happening between them. Tempted has that feeling of confusion and uncertainty from the beginning and it never goes away, so I felt that it really wasn't a good route for these characters. This is why this book is really making me think. I have both of these stories contending with eachother for their side of what can happen if you decide to bring this adventure into your bedroom. A part of me wants to be the one that eventually accepts it with a whole heart like in FP, but I know that deep down I am the confused and uncertain one from T.
