Ten Big Ones by Janet Evanovich

Stephanie Plum has really done it this time!  She's royally ticked off the Slayers, a Trenton street gang, and now she's got a contract out on her.  Still in the "off" phase in her relationship with Joe Morelli, and with sister Valerie, soon to be brother-in-law Albert Klaugn, 3 nieces (including the new baby) living in her apartment, what's a girl supposed to do?

Stephanie thinks she's found the "Bat Cave", better known as Ranger's apartment, and since he's out of town, she moves in.  Hey, it's a safe place to hide, and if the sheets and shower gel smell like Ranger, all the better!

The usual shenanigans occur with the recurring comic characters - Lula, Connie, Grandma Mazur, and once again, Sally Sweet.  Stephanie's really torn between Joe and Ranger - can you blame her?

The audiobook is just great to listen to with the versatile Lorelei King narrating.

April Challenge:  Both Ranger and Joe Morelli fit the story, the descriptions are enough to make you drool!  And both men are good matches for Stephanie.  I'd take either one (guess I couldn't have both, huh?)  I'll have to think about actors to play their parts.

Excellence rating : ****1/2 - Great!

Steaminess: Sensual

Hi

I'm looking for this one in the TBR mountain..... I have to find the rest of her books both read and unread so I can figure out where I left off.  You really can't beat a good Stephanie Plum book though..... poor cars
