Traceless by Debra Webb

Wow.  Wow, wow, wow.  I read this book in one sitting.  It was given to us at National last year.  According to the back cover, Debra was a Harlequin author, which just proves what talent lies within our ranks.

This is a romantic suspense/mystery about a man convicted and sentenced for a murder he didn't commit.  It opens with him released from prison after serving 10 years.  He goes back home to find the real killer.  The heroine in the book is the woman almost solely responsible for putting him in prison and making sure he stayed there as long as possible.  Yes, you read that right.  As a writer, I wouldn't even TRY to pull that off (at least not at this point in my career).  But Debra did and she did so masterfully.

Great, great book.  I'll be looking for more from her, without a doubt and highly recommend this one.
