Ronnie has had a crush on Jason since he moved to the area, but with three over-protective brothers and an unconventional job, she has never gotten up the nerve to approach him. Jason moved back to Joyous after his wife abandoned him and their infant daughter. He isn’t looking to replace her. When Ronnie finally gets up the nerve to approach him, can the two make a go of the relationship or will the past or their baggage from the past stop this relationship cold. This book was pretty good, I love TM’s writing, but I had some issues with Ronnie. Slight spoilers here – Slight Spoilers Here -------- (Boy, I miss the white font, is that ever coming back?) To pursue a guy who is a single dad and not think about the kid seems idiotic. I appreciate she pulled back when she did and the issues she had were real, but if it had been a guy who pursued a woman and then pulled back when he did, I think readers would be upset. I don’t have problems with having issues and trying to determine your own comfort level, but figure them out before you and the other person are involved. Spoiler Done ---- Spoiler Done ----- Spoiler Done Thus, I would consider this a good book with great writing, but not as good as her first HAR – Trouble in Tenneseee. NFM

It is a drag, no matter that you put it as a spoiler, it is still too easy to see without the white font. I just feel I can't talk as freely about books as I worry I will spoil it for someone else.
