I did say I was starting off the year by humiliating myself on the internet. Typical that I'd stick with the theme and character motivations but mess up the mechanics.

Nancy--I love Colin Firth. (period) I'm a little jealous that Elizabeth has his photo by her side for inspiration. My sister made me a mock cover for my first book that had a picture of Dean Winchester (my favorite fictional hero from TV). If I ever get a real office space, that's the first thing I'm putting on the wall.

Thanks for taking a look at the video. Bummer that it was slow...it's a long video even when it's running properly!

Hi--thanks for checking in! I have been a bit absent recently. I really abused the good nature of my family last year because I took on too much and managed it badly. So I took a bit of downtime in late December and January while I got the old home front back on a more reasonable footing. In January I had an insane month at my normally low-key day job. Shocking and strange.

I haven't had time for my normal routines lately, but I think things are settling down. I hope to be around more pretty soon!

Thanks so much for thinking of me! I miss my eHQ time and all the people I enjoy here!!!
