I finished the audio version of Water for Elephants this weekend. There have been many rave reviews already about the print version and how great the story is, so I'll stick to the audio elements.
I love, love, loved this audio book SO much! There were two narrators who split the parts of young Jacob and old Jacob. They did such a fantastic job of voicing all the characters, I felt as if I were watching a movie without worrying about a movie interpretation of a book spoiling the whole story.
Anytime I listened to this, I was instantly transported away by the story and the narrators. In fact, I can say that I quite enjoyed cleaning my washroom and kitchen because of it.
